Top Tips!...

1 - If on an iPad/Tablet/iPhone you can download the Microsoft Teams app and then log in there

2 - If on a laptop you can go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/log-in and sign in there

3 - Usernames and passwords are case sensitive - you must put a capital letter for your first initial, surname and the first letter of your password. If it says wrong username/password check that you haven't missed off your capital letters!

4 - If you are sharing devices (particularly on an iPad/Tablet/iPhone) you will need to make sure you completely sign out any other users before logging somebody else on. 5 - If you've borrowed an iPad from school and are having trouble connecting it to your WiFi at home you need to delete the school WiFi profile (the profile the you will be looking for will be along the lines of STA iPad Profile).
